Ribo-Omics Grant Challenge winners
As promised, we’re excited to announce the winners of our 3rd Ribo-Omics challenge ✨
Before announcing the winners, we need to take a moment to thank all the participants! We received a high volume of applications, which just shows the growing importance of translatomics in molecular biology research 😎
And now… To the winners! 🏆
On the RiboLace category we would like to congratulate Stefanie Kaiser from Goethe University and Declan Creamer from the University of Manchester, for having the most outstanding projects 🤩
On the nano-tRNAseq category, the winner is Lisa Müller from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg with a project to unravel tRNA role in cancer progression. We can’t wait to see the outcomes that this research can bring!
And last but not least, a big congratulations to Elisa Nicolini for winning the Ribo-Omics challenge on the AHARIBO category 🥳 With our technology, she’ll shed light on cryptic phosphorylation, a special co-translational modification with impact on protein folding.
We are looking forward to seeing all these projects coming to life 👩🔬👨🔬
