RiboLace
One day RPF isolation
from Active Ribosomes
Technology
RiboLaceTM is an innovative solution for ribosome profiling that enables you to isolate actively transcribing ribosomes and to purify ribosome protected fragments (RPFs) in a single day.
Unlike conventional RiboSeq approaches, RiboLace specifically targets ribosomes in the active translational state. RiboLace has been demonstrated to yield better correlations with the actual proteomics profile than alternative technologies.[1] RiboLace technology is compatible with any small RNA sequencing protocol for downstream library preparation for Illumina sequencing systems.
Coupling with the LaceSeq small RNA library preparation kit provides a unique single sample-to-library workflow for even greater sensitivity, robustness, ease-of-use, efficiency, and time-to-results.
RiboLace and LaceSeq are both available as stand-alone kits or combined in the ALL-IN-ONE RiboLace Gel Free kit. The kit is suitable for primary and immortalized cell lines and either freshly harvested or flash-frozen tissue.
Minimum starting material can be as low as 300,000 cells depending on specimen type, translational activity, and type of experiment. Even lower levels may be achieved with multiplexing.
IMMAGINA Biotechnology s.r.l. exclusively owns and holds full intellectual property rights for RiboLaceTM technology.
