ALL-IN-ONE RiboLace Gel Free (12 rxns)
The ALL-IN-ONE RiboLace Gel Free kit combines RiboLace and LaceSeq technologies for fast, easy, and reliable analysis of actively translating ribosomes.
- Streamlined Workflow: The kit eliminates the need for gel purification and specialized equipment like ultracentrifuges, resulting in a faster workflow (typically 2-3 days).
- Enhanced Sensitivity: By improving the recovery and incorporation of ribosome protected fragments (RPFs) into libraries, this method increases sensitivity and reduces variability between experiments.
- Broad Sample Compatibility: The kit works well with eukaryotic samples, including primary and immortalized cell lines (fresh or flash-frozen), and tissues (requires Tissue Lysis Buffer sold separately.)
