iUDI s adaptor plates contain PCR primers for amplification of indexed Illumina-compatible NGS libraries. These unique, dual-indexed primers can be used with LACEseq NGS ribosome profiling kits to generate Illumina-compatible de-multiplexed libraries. There are 4 available Sets for this product (Set Z1-12; Set Z13-24; Set Z25-26; Set Z37-48) that differ only by the index sequences.
